The city of Lompoc has submitted the latest draft of the 2023-31 General Plan Housing Element Update to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for review. The latest draft incorporates public comments received when they were accepted between March 17 and April 17, 2023. The HCD has 90 days to review the draft document and provide feedback to the city.
