But I am happy to say that a few such places still exist, quiet bits of waterfront beauty where you can enjoy a little solitude even now. Take, for example, this little-known beach park in Lompoc, California. This pristine area of California's coast is the place where the Santa Ynez River meets the grand Pacific Ocean.
